We’re located in Grandview Heights, where you’re minutes from Downtown Columbus and within the Grandview Heights school district. It’s the best of both worlds — urban living in a friendly neighborhood setting.

The Wilson floor plan features an open concept with a spacious private balcony. The kitchen has a work island with additional seating, quartz countertops, and energy-efficient stainless steel appliances. You’ll also have an in-unit washer and dryer. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment to give you more privacy. Each bedroom includes a spacious walk-in closet. The primary en suite has a double vanity and walk-in shower. The second bathroom has a full tub and shower.
